Ama Dablam Expedition

Itinerary

Arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport. Meet and transfer to your hotel for rest and briefing.
Final preparation, gear check, and official procedures for the expedition.
Scenic flight to Lukla (2,800m), followed by a gentle trek to Phakding (2,640m).
Trek through forested trails and cross suspension bridges to reach Namche Bazaar (3,440m), the Sherpa capital.
Acclimatization day with optional hikes to nearby viewpoints like the Everest View Hotel.
Continue trekking through beautiful alpine terrain to Pangboche (3,985m), a spiritual Sherpa village.
Trek further into the Khumbu region, gaining elevation as you reach Dingboche (4,410m).
Optional hike to Nagarjun Hill or Chukhung for better acclimatization.
Ascend through the moraine and past memorials to reach Lobuche (4,940m).
Early morning hike to Kala Patthar (5,545m) for stunning Everest views, then return to Lobuche.
Rest and prepare climbing gear for the Lobuche Peak summit attempt.
Climb up to Lobuche High Camp (5,400m), where you'll settle in and prepare for the summit.
Summit Lobuche East (6,119m) and descend to Thukla for overnight rest.
Descend through familiar trails back to Pangboche for recovery.
Rest and prepare logistics and gear for the Ama Dablam ascent.
Climbing period for Mt. Ama Dablam (6,812m), including summit push and return.
Retrace your steps through the scenic Khumbu trail to Namche.
Final day of trekking as you return to Lukla for the flight out.
Early morning flight back to Kathmandu. Transfer to hotel and relax.
