Mount Everest can be scaled through four major routes, with the South-East Face (Nepal side) being the most commonly used and considered the normal route. On this route, four high camps are typically established to reach the summit. In contrast, the South-West Face requires the setup of six camps and is considered the most challenging path to the top.
While Everest is undeniably awe-inspiring in its natural beauty, one must also acknowledge the environmental impact of decades of mountaineering, including the accumulation of waste along the route.
For a safe and well-paced expedition, we recommend allocating approximately three months for the entire journey. The duration may vary based on your physical fitness, weather conditions, and acclimatization needs.
