Nepal’s natural beauty, extraordinary cultural and artistic heritage, rich ethnic diversity, and, most notably, Mt. Everest and the Himalayas have made it a top destination for travelers worldwide. Our expedition begins with a trek from Tumlingtar, located just above the Arun River, leading to Makalu Base Camp at an altitude of approximately 5,100 meters. We will ascend via the Northwest Ridge, establishing four high camps along the route.
Our experienced high-altitude Sherpa team will fix ropes as needed to ensure a safe and efficient climb. Based on acclimatization and fitness levels, we will move up and down the mountain several times to prepare and stock higher camps.
This expedition is fully supported, with complete Base Camp and High Camp services. Most importantly, teamwork plays a critical role in achieving a successful summit of Mt. Makalu.
